Last Updated: 10 June 2026  ·  Effective: 10 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Rom Pho and clients who engage our pension protection legal services. By using our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the terms below. If anything is unclear, please contact us before proceeding — we are always happy to explain.

1. About Rom Pho

Rom Pho operates as a legal practice registered in Thailand, with its principal office at 110 Ratchadamri Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330. We provide advisory and representational services relating to pension matters, dispute assistance, and ongoing legal support. Our contact number is +66 2 252 8917 and our general email address is [email protected].

2. Scope of Services

The services we provide fall into three main categories:

  • Calm First Consultation (฿3,600) — An initial meeting to listen carefully to your situation, clarify your pension entitlements, and outline the options available to you in plain language. This session does not constitute formal legal representation.
  • Dispute Assistance (฿5,700) — Preparation and submission of formal responses where a pension decision appears to have been made in error, including written correspondence and documentation on your behalf.
  • Continuous Support Package (฿7,900) — A sustained engagement covering document preparation, ongoing correspondence, and representation throughout the life of a pension matter, as agreed in writing at the outset.

The precise scope of each engagement will be confirmed in a written service agreement provided before any fees are charged.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are as published on our website at the time of engagement. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be set out in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed in advance.

Where additional work falls outside the originally agreed scope, we will inform you clearly and in writing before any additional costs are incurred. You are never obligated to authorise work beyond the initial agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to assist you effectively, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relating to your pension matter
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect the matter
  • Respond to our requests for information or documents within agreed timeframes
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and not to pursue claims you know to be false

Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect the progress or outcome of your matter. We cannot accept responsibility for outcomes arising from incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared with Rom Pho in the course of an engagement is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or case details to any third party without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law or by a regulatory authority. Confidentiality obligations continue after the conclusion of your engagement with us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rom Pho will conduct its work with reasonable professional care and diligence. However, legal matters — particularly those involving third-party decision-makers such as pension administrators or regulatory bodies — involve factors outside our control. We cannot warrant any particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability in respect of any single matter is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential harm.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, written advice, and other materials prepared by Rom Pho remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment in full, the client holds a non-exclusive licence to use such materials for the purpose for which they were prepared.

8. Termination

Either party may bring an engagement to a close with reasonable written notice. If you choose to end an engagement, you remain responsible for fees corresponding to work already completed. We reserve the right to withdraw from a matter if a client acts in a manner inconsistent with our professional obligations or these Terms.

We will always seek to ensure that any termination causes as little disruption as possible to your situation, and will provide you with a summary of work completed to that point.

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address the matter carefully and promptly. Please write to [email protected] or call +66 2 252 8917. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and respond fully within 20 working days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
